Booking Policy

  • Deposits are non refundable, but can be used towards a future booking if requested 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

  • 50% no show fee

  • 25% late cancellation fee ( clients must cancel 24hrs prior to appointment time.

  • All appointments are confirmed the day prior via text, If a phone number is not provided, the appointment will be subject to cancellation.

  • Wigs must be dropped off two business days prior to appointment. If dropping off outside of business hours, there is a slot to the right of the door where wig can be pushed through. Be sure to leave name, phone number and appointment date on/in your wig bag. If wig is not up to quality standard I would not be able to install wig.

  • Wig standards: transparent or Hd lace, small knots, virgin or raw hair.

Note: I reserve the right to deny service 

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows.

Shipping Policy

Items are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 5-10 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order will be shipped priority. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

 

During  major holidays processing times can take longer. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

TDI THE BRAND isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service , Fedex or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/FEDEX/UPS.

 

TDI THE BRAND does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.

Refund Policy

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 2 days of receiving order to qualify.

 

Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition), meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).

 

Send your return item(s) including your first name, last name, phone number, the reason for the return .

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will my hair last?
    With good maintenance, this hair can last a years. We put no expiration date on our hair! Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.
  • Does this hair shed?
    Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Also if you cut your tracks you may experience shedding due to the fact the weft is now broken and strands are easier to slide out. If this happen seal the wefts to prevent hair from shedding.Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised. It is also normal to get a few strands here and there when detangling extensions.
  • Can I color my extensions?
    Yes. TDI The brand is 100% unprocessed hair that can be colored and/or bleached any level desired. However when coloring hair we recommend that you consult with a professional.
  • Does this hair require maintenance?
    Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Shampooing & Conditioning your hair is important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend deep conditioning your hair once a week or bi-weekly, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
